Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product, excluding shipping charges. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless return is a result of seller error (i.e. the wrong item was sent).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*Non-stock items, custom products, or wide sanding belts that are made to order and are not eligible for returns. Cancellations are permitted but must be received within 24 hours of ordering.

 

 

Delivery Service

 Has my item shipped yet?

When an item is shipped, you will be automatically notified via email. This email will include the tracking number for the package as well.

 How long will it take to get my order?

Orders shipped through Economy shipping take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive.

What shipping providers do you use?

We typically ship with the USPS or UPS, depending on the order.  Shipping methods available are Economy, USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next-Day Air.  We do not ship with FedEx or DHL.

Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from our distribution center located just outside of Los Angeles City.
