Multi-tooth Alloy Cutter Head
- The cutter head adopts a multi-tooth combination design, which is composed of three groups of cutting edges, inner, middle and outer, so that each tooth can be easily stressed during the cutting process, making the cutting smoother and faster.
Stepped Pilot Drill Bit Design
- Protect carbide teeth from impacting when the pilot drill bit through the cutting material，Eject the slugs easily, reduce the chip-blocking problem because of the spring design
Installation Step
- Loosen the hex screw with a hex key
- Insert the drill bit into the hole saw center
- Tighten the hex screw with the hex key
- Install the hole saw in a proper tool like hand drill or bench drill
Warm Tips:
- Please insert the flat end of the pilot drill bit into the hole of the hole saw and lock it with a screw to effectively prevent the pilot drill bit from shifting, breaking and other problems and prolong the lifetime.
- This Hole Saw cannot be used for Concrete,tiles and stone.
- Do not forget to use a lubricant so that the bit does not overheat.
