These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the salitools.store website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The terms “SaliTools,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to:

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer the Services.

By accessing the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms contain important provisions concerning product safety, warranties, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence to create an account or place an order.

If you allow a minor to access the Services through a device or account that you own or manage, you are responsible for supervising that use.

When using the Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential;

• Activities conducted through your account; and

• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, materials, dimensions, finishes, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of:

• Manufacturing tolerances; and

• Product improvements or packaging updates.

Product descriptions, features, specifications, prices, and availability may be updated from time to time. Such changes will not retroactively alter an order that we have already accepted, except when necessary to correct an error or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities based on availability, geographic restrictions, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or other legitimate business reasons.

Always review the applicable product page, packaging, instructions, and warnings before use. If product information appears inconsistent or unclear, stop using the product and contact us.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

An automated order-confirmation email only confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, an order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or another communication expressly confirming acceptance.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability;

• Pricing or listing errors;

• Payment authorization problems;

• Shipping restrictions;

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity; or

• Suspected unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Please review your order before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Products purchased through the consumer storefront are intended for personal or business use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export. This restriction does not apply to purchases made under an authorized SaliTools wholesale, retailer, or distribution agreement.

4. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import charges may be added where applicable and will be displayed or described at checkout when available.

As a courtesy, we voluntarily cover any applicable import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or clearance charges for orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Customers are not responsible for paying these additional charges. This courtesy is provided at our discretion and does not create a legal obligation to cover such fees in all cases.

Prices may differ between our website and third-party retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or other sales channels.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms, including eligibility, product exclusions, expiration dates, and limits. Promotional terms control if they conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and complete;

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and

• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date. Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected or reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect—or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package—please contact us promptly through our Contact page or at support@salistools.store.

Shipping rates:

• Free shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more (before tax and shipping).

• Orders under $59** are charged a flat **$10 shipping fee.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any return, cancellation, warranty, or refund right that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Product Safety and Proper Use

Our products include tools, hardware, and consumable supplies. Many products involve mechanical, electrical, chemical, or physical risks if used incorrectly.

Before every use:

• Read and follow all product instructions and warnings;

• Inspect the product and all components for damage or excessive wear;

• Confirm that the product is correctly assembled, adjusted, and compatible with your equipment;

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection where appropriate;

• Keep products away from children unless the product is specifically designed and intended for supervised use; and

• Stop using the product if it is damaged, modified, incorrectly assembled, missing a component, or otherwise unsuitable for use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not toys and are not intended for use by children.

You are responsible for using our products only for their intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or injury caused by:

• Failure to follow product instructions or warnings;

• Failure to use appropriate protective equipment;

• Use outside the stated capacity, rating, or intended purpose;

• Use in an unsuitable environment;

• Modifying, altering, or improperly maintaining a product; or

• Continued use of a damaged, modified, improperly assembled, or improperly maintained product.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for a defective product or any liability, warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, product images, illustrations, videos, audio, software, and page design—are owned by or licensed to SaliTools and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, transmit, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.

Shopify’s names, logos, and related marks belong to Shopify. Other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links, embedded features, integrations, or tools operated by third parties.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or practices.

Before using a third-party service, review its applicable terms and privacy policy. Your use of that service is governed by your relationship with the third-party provider.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store. Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and SaliTools.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by SaliTools or for claims arising solely from transactions between you and SaliTools.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

11. Privacy

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts the store, Shopify may process information relating to your use of the Services to provide, secure, and improve its services.

Depending on your location, you may also have the right to opt out of certain uses or sharing of personal information through our Privacy Policy or Your Privacy Choices page.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

You may submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photographs, videos, or other content through public review features or other designated submission channels.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content for public display, you grant SaliTools a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting SaliTools and its products.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to provide it;

• The content does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;

• Information in the content is truthful and not misleading; and

• You have clearly disclosed any payment, free product, discount, affiliate relationship, employment relationship, or other material connection where required by law.

If content includes an identifiable person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the content and grant the stated permissions.

Content provided privately for customer-support purposes, including defect photos or videos, will not be used in public marketing without additional permission.

Content created under an influencer, affiliate, wholesale, creator, or other commercial agreement is governed by that separate agreement.

We may refuse, edit, or remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, unrelated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

13. Errors and Availability

The Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions involving descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.

We may correct these errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order before acceptance, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement, except where required by law.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Violate applicable law or another party’s rights;

• Submit false, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading information;

• Impersonate another person or entity;

• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;

• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

• Collect personal information without authorization;

• Send spam or unauthorized solicitations;

• Bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or security measures;

We may restrict or block automated access that creates security, operational, legal, or excessive-resource risks.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms;

• Used the Services unlawfully;

• Created a fraud or security risk; or

• Engaged in conduct that could harm us, our customers, Shopify, or other users.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, user-content, warranty, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Product information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace product labels, instructions, warnings, professional advice, or responsible adult supervision.

Except as expressly stated by SaliTools or required by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties or conditions concerning the Services, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaliTools and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, defective products, personal injury where such limitation is prohibited, or other non-waivable statutory rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SaliTools against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:

• Your material breach of these Terms;

• Your unlawful use of the Services;

• Your violation of another party’s rights; or

• Content you submit that infringes another party’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, defective products, or breach of these Terms.

19. General Terms

Severability
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our posted policies and applicable product- or promotion-specific terms, form the agreement between you and SaliTools concerning the Services.

Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction
